Community Guidelines

No Words Left Unsaid exists for messages of love, gratitude, and meaningful memories. The words you store here are meant to reach someone who matters to you, often at a tender moment. These guidelines keep that moment safe for everyone.

What doesn't belong here

A few things have no place in any vault, whatever the trigger and whoever the recipient:

  • Hate speech
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Threats
  • Content encouraging self-harm or violence
  • Targeted abuse
  • Discriminatory attacks
  • Sharing someone's private information

What happens if a message crosses the line

Enforcement starts small and escalates only if it has to:

  1. The message is blocked from delivery.
  2. Your account receives a warning.
  3. Repeated violations lead to a temporary suspension.
  4. Continued abuse leads to a permanent ban.

How screening works

After you save a message, and before it is ever delivered, an automated system screens its content against these guidelines. If the system flags something, a human reviews that message, and only that message. Content the system clears is never read by a person, and nobody browses your vault.
